Obtain first extra mode :
Press Hold R + L, then push Right + B until a chime is heard when you are at the screen with "Start" and a picture of a car. Or select championship mode and win the beginner, middle, and high speed classes. An "Extra 1" option will now be unlocked at the main menu. Select it to race in mini-cars.
Obtain second extra mode:
Press and Hold R + L, then push Left + B until a chime is heard when you are at the screen with "Start" and a picture of a car. Or select championship mode and win all four classes. You must finish in first place in all races. This will unlock the Formula 1 cars under the "Extra 2" option at the main menu.
Unlock every track:
Press and Hold R + L, then push Up/Right + B button until a chime is heard when you are at the screen with "Start" and a picture of a car.
Unlock every cars:
Press and Hold R + L, then push Up/Left + B button until a chime is heard when when you are at the screen with "Start" and a picture of a car.
Unlock every tune ups:
Press and Hold R + L, then push Down/Right + B button until a chime is heard when you are at the screen with "Start" and a picture of a car.
View all credits:
Press and Hold R + L, then push Up + B to view the ending credits when you are at the screen with "Start" and a picture of a car.
